Greenbriar Two is part of the Citrus Hills Development in Citrus County Florida. We  are located about 15 to 20 miles from the Gulf of Mexico where boating, fishing and  water activities can be enjoyed. In the surrounding areas we have golf courses,  shopping and dinning. GB Two is a beautiful community nestled between private  homes, a golf course and a casual dining club and Tiki Bar. Please note  membership is needed to utilize the Dining Club and Tiki Bar!

This website was created to keep our current and perspective  members informed of these documents, rules, regulations, notices, forms,  meetings and other important information regarding the operation and business of  this community.

 

Not too big or small Greenbriar Two is just right! We have 130 units on a sprawling  green area with Majestic Oak Trees, shrubs and lots of space for residents to view  and enjoy. We have a large size pool surrounded by palm trees and green space  that is both beautiful and has up to date facilities. New pool fencing installed in  2020.
